Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress, born in Berkeley on the 1st of October 1995. She is most famous as an actress, having appeared on screen in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004) and Chrissie Mair's Content House.

Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into an extended family of actors and filmmakers. Both professions she herself has pursued. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento at the age of nine was her first film. She had a leading role as Cristina Comencini in her first film Zoo, 1988. Michele Soavi directed The Church 1989. Red Wood Pigeon, directed by Moretti in 1989, played her character in the role of Nanni Moretti's daughter. Close Friends (1992) by Michele Placido (both writer and director) was the point at which Asia truly began to take off. The film let her progress beyond the role of cute girls into more complex, mature characters. The film was a hit in the Cannes International Film Festival. For Trauma (1993), she made her debut with her father, famed Italian filmmaker Dario Argento (her mother is one of Argento's favorite actresses, Daria Nicolodi, playing an anorexic girl in search for her parents' killer. The Phantom of the Opera, which was made in collaboration with her father who passed away, is the third of three films she's worked on. The other two were Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. Giuseppe Piccioni used her absorbed and intense manner of acting in the film Condannato a Nozze. She also had a featured role in the international cast of Queen Margot which was directed by Patrice Chereau. In 1995, Asia worked alongside Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion, for which she received a prize from David di Donatello. Asia was the first director she met in 1994 with two shorts. Prospettive. In 1996, Asia directed a documentary about her father. in 1998 Asia created Abel/Asia (2000) the award-winning film that focused on Abel Ferrara. Asia's debut feature film came in the form of Scarlet Diva (2000) in 1999, where she also acted as the lead actress and wrote the screenplay. The film released May 2000, both in Italy as well as throughout the globe. The film was released on Brooklyn, New York it won a award at the Williamsburg film festival. Anna Lou was born in 2001 after she directed several music videos. She starred with Jean-Marc Barr in The Red Siren, directed by Olivier Megaton. In 2003 she was in Vin Diesel and Rob Cohen's action-packed thriller. Asia can also be the creator of several short stories published in many famous magazines.
